Ne1 knows how the Ladder working?And how the rating earned? There's not seems like simply win and lose.

It's an ELO ranking system. I don't think anyone has bothered to work out specific weightings, but you can get an overview of the system here. Basically, the number of points to gain or loose depends on the difference in rank between you and your opponent.

My guild isnt even on that ladder on the website of guildwars
Altough we do got a guildhall now, and already lost 2 rated matches by accidant
